The following terms and conditions hold good for all the business relationships between stoll professional software GmbH
and the customer.
All prices are dealer prices inclusive of the statutory Value Added Taxes.
Over and above this, software deliveries are subject to a separate licence agreement.
Declaration of the right to revoke You are entitled to revoke your contract within two weeks by
resending the goods. The right to revoke is excluded in the case of contracts for the delivery
of sealed goods (software), if the packaging seal has been broken, or if it was procured by
downloading (licence key/serial number and the link to the download have been sent already).
Delivery Details about the delivery deadline are non-binding.
Delivery deadlines In case we are delayed in making the delivery, we shall be liable to
pay damages only if we can be held responsible for malicious intent or gross negligence.
Payment: All additional expenses on account of the transfer of money shall be borne by the customer.
The right to extended conditional sale (retention of title) holds good.
For deliveries in Switzerland and other non-EU countries, there is no need to pay the German
value added tax; just the net price in Euro (without the German VAT) has to be paid. Any import
duties or taxes that may have to be paid eventually shall be borne by the buyer.
Data protection The professional software GmbH will save and use your data solely for the purpose
of processing your contract and for its own marketing purposes.
Miscellaneous Buyers and Sellers agree that, with the given state of technology, it is not possible
to rule out all software or hardware errors in all areas of application.
Our product prices do not include the support services, or any claims to support.
Wherever the trademarks mentioned are registered trademarks of the respective manufacturers, these have
